Seasons On The Farm

All Seasons

Enjoy all our farm has to offer throughout the seasons! 

Our Petting Zoo and old Market Barn is open! Our new barn will open soon!

Seasonal and single use feed cups are available for purchase at the Market Barn, which is filled with produce grown on-site and other locally sourced produce & goods. 

Anything and everything we sell is grown/sourced/produced in West Michigan. For the duration of our season, our shelves will be stocked with local honey, jam, coffee, granola, salsa & more! We firmly believe in supporting local!

Mid-June - Mid-July

Fields begin producing Mid-June!

 

We'll be producing several types of lettuce, summer squash, kale, cucumbers, & an assortment of other veggies!

We source the following from other local farms during this time:

Strawberries, Greenhouse Tomatoes, Root Vegetables, Sweet Onions & More!

Our Corn Maze will be planted Mid-June and begin to grow 8-9 feet by Maze opening day!

June-July

Mid-July - Mid-August

Our U-Pick Tomato Field will open once plants really start producing! It's looking like tomatoes will be ready early August!

 

We grow Romas, Rounds, Grape & Cherry Tomatoes & Heirlooms

Fresh, South Haven-Grown Blueberries are also available! We bring our berries in often, and they are always FLAVORFUL.

Produce Boxes will be available once we move into our new bar. They are not customizable, but every week we will share what will be available in the box on our website and social media! You can order your box online and choose your preferred pick-up date and time.

*This is not a CSA or subscription; you may purchase a box as often as you'd like*

Sweet Corn, Bell Peppers, Eggplant, Hot Peppers, Beans and Peaches are available all season starting late July! PLUS MORE!

 

Our Sweet Corn comes from E Miedema & Sons in Byron Center. 

Our Peaches come from Fruit Ridge.

July-August
August-September

Mid-August - Mid-September

Our fields are in PEAK HARVEST!

 

The stand will be stocked with fruits & veggies that are in season.

Upick tomatoes start around mid August. Head to Facebook for more info. Upick field opens at 11am daily (no earlier; we cannot allow picking with dew on the plants.)

Sunflower Field will open mid August

Our FAMOUS WATERMELONS are ready to be harvested!

If you haven't tried our yellow watermelon, it's a MUST HAVE! We also grow and sell standard pink/red melons. CANTALOUPE will also be available around this time.

Our Corn Maze opens Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend.

This years design will be revealed on social media a few days before we open. The maze is around 10 acres and includes 3 trails - varying levels of difficulty. Your ticket comes with a punch card that also serves as a map. 

Find all 12 checkpoints to complete the Maze!

A virtual GPS map is also available to anyone with a smart phone. 

 

Pumpkins available early September, as well as mums and other fall other fall porch decor

We have about 15 varieties of pumpkins including standard Jack-O-Lanterns, Fairytale Pumpkins (several colors) and Pie Pumpkins. 

We have both U-Pick and Pre-Picked Pumpkins.

Mid-September - End of October

Fall Fun is in FULL SWING!

 

U-Pick Pumpkin Patch opens mid September!

Summer veggie harvest is starting to slow down, but we still have a good assortment of produce (Late harvest tomatoes, kale, Winter Squash, Potatoes, etc...) along with other local goods!

September-October

End of November - Mid-December

Our last day of our fall season is October 31st.

 

We will be closed from November 1st-23rd.

 

We will REOPEN on the 24th through December 10th (or until Christmas trees sell out.)

 

We'll have trees, wreaths, stocking stuffers, winter produce and local goods for sale.

 

The petting zoo will also reopen during this time and our reindeer friends will be stopping by November 25th from 10a-12pm.

 

Once Christmas trees sell out, we will close for the season and get to work on 2024 planning!
