Goat Yoga at Deep Roots

Have you ever wanted to do yoga with goats?! It sounds like such a strange combination...but we've heard it's a blast, so we're trying it! Nicole Hensch will lead you through a 1 hour class where you'll do yoga surrounded by 6-8 of our smaller goats! They will be walking around the pasture and will likely get close to you as you move through the class. It may take them a little bit to warm up to everyone, so we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the class. We will put artificial turf down in the pasture so that your mats won't get dirty.. Please bring a mat and water. Class space is limited so sign up while there are spots open!
